Technical and detailed design for busbar systems
The busbar system can be included in the general technical design of the electrical part of the site or can be prepared afterwards. The technical design shall define its parameters, layout with junction boxes, and the cables connecting to it. An important parameter for large industries is the short-circuit current. Once a quote has been approved by a particular supplier and the right type of busbar has been selected, the detailed design with detailed drawings and an explanatory note for the installers are drawn up.
Process production lines with multiple consumers
